Electrical-grade diamond-pattern adhesive dotting paper
A diamond-patterned coating of specially modified epoxy resin is applied to high-performance insulating paper. This serves as turn and interlayer insulation for windings in oil-immersed power transformers. After winding and baking, it effectively prevents layer displacement within the windings, ensuring stable electrical and mechanical performance of the insulation structure.

Dielectric Insulating Film with Diamond-Grip Coating for Electricians
The dielectric film with diamond-patterned adhesive coating for electrical applications is an insulation material made by baking a modified special epoxy resin onto polyester film used in electrical equipment. The resin coating on the polyester film is applied in a dotted pattern rather than as a continuous layer, leaving uncoated channels that facilitate the flow of insulating gas. This design minimizes corona and partial discharge damage. It can be used as interlayer insulation in gas or oil-based insulation systems. Primarily used for interlayer and turn-to-turn insulation in sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) instrument transformers and specialized transformers.

Composite Pallet
Composite panel: Made by laminating electrical-grade polyester film coated with a specialized heat-resistant adhesive to polyester fiber nonwoven fabric, followed by surface treatment with a special resin. Primarily used as an insulating cylinder between high-voltage and low-voltage windings in dry-type transformers.
Soft composite materials for electricians

Composite materials
Soft composite materials for electrical use, primarily B and F class (DMD, NMN, NHN), offer excellent mechanical and electrical properties. They are widely used for slot-to-slot and phase-to-phase insulation in high- and low-voltage motors, as well as interlayer and end-turn insulation in transformers.

Polyester Film Polyaramid Fiber Paper Soft Composite Material (NMN)
NMN is a three-layer flexible composite material made by bonding two sides of calendered NOMEX paper to a central polyester film using H-class high-temperature adhesive. The product offers excellent mechanical and electrical properties. It is suitable for slot, phase-to-phase, and turn-to-turn insulation in F/H class motors and electrical equipment.

Polyimide Film/Polyaramid Fiber Paper Soft Composite (NHN)
NHN is a three-layer flexible composite material consisting of a polyimide film core bonded on both sides with calendered polyaramid fibers using H-class high-temperature adhesive. The product offers excellent heat resistance, superior mechanical properties, and outstanding electrical performance. It is suitable for slot, phase-to-phase, and turn-to-turn insulation in H-class and 200-class motors and electrical equipment.
Crepe paper and crepe paper tubes

Electrical Insulating Crinkled Paper
Crepe paper is primarily made from Sanmu high-quality electrical-grade crepe paper. It is used for insulating windings in oil-immersed transformers, reactors, and instrument transformers. The full width is 550mm, 1100mm. Recommended thicknesses include 0.35mm, 0.46mm, 0.55mm( (heat-resistant), 0.65mm, and 0.8mm. It offers excellent tensile strength, elongation, conductivity, and low dielectric loss.

Insulated Corrugated Paper Tube
The corrugated paper tube is manufactured from imported Sanmu crepe paper. It is primarily used as a flexible insulating sleeve for the high-voltage and low-voltage taps and studs inside oil-immersed transformer cores. The tube offers reliable flexibility and can be bent in any direction without cracking.
Shielding and Conductive Materials

Aluminum (Copper) Foil Shielding Paper
Aluminum foil (copper foil) shielding paper is a new type of shielding insulation material made by laminating high-density insulating paper with high-purity aluminum or copper foil using specialty adhesives and advanced processes. It is primarily used for ground shields, electrostatic shielding layers, and coil conductive layers in transformers, instrument transformers, and reactors. Its application improves electromagnetic field distribution, reduces partial discharge, enhances insulation strength, lowers losses, and increases safety and reliability.

DMD Epoxy Prepreg
DMD epoxy prepreg is manufactured by laminating electrical-grade polyester film and polyester fiber nonwoven fabric with F-class heat-resistant adhesive, then impregnating the composite with heat-resistant epoxy resin and curing it. The product features a smooth surface and stable performance, offering high adhesion strength to copper and aluminum foils. It is an ideal insulation material for dry-type power transformers, reactors, and other motor slot, turn-to-turn, and layer-to-layer applications.
Aramid Insulation Material
1Product

Aramid sheets and products
Aramid board is manufactured by blending chopped m-aramid fibers and pulp in specific proportions, then pressing them into a solid sheet. It offers exceptional mechanical and electrical insulation properties, including high strength, heat resistance, and low dielectric constant. The material can be machined into various custom components or molded to produce complex shapes tailored to customer requirements.
Insulating Strips

Insulation Molding Parts
Insulated molded components—such as end rings, pressure rings, integral insulation sleeves, spacers, corner rings, lead corner ring plates, and full corner rings—are produced via machining, molding, or wet-process methods. These parts ensure consistent electric field distribution within transformers. Especially in high-field-strength regions, they offer dimensional stability and high dielectric strength, guaranteeing reliable and stable transformer operation.
Oil duct and cooling materials
1Product

Oil duct strip
The oil duct spacer strip is formed by bonding rectangular spacers to diamond-patterned varnished paper using a specialized adhesive. Widely used in oil-immersed transformers, it eliminates the weaknesses of corrugated cardboard—such as deformation and displacement—ensuring a secure bond with the coil while delivering superior mechanical and electrical performance.
Enhanced Insulation Material
1Product

Epoxy-impregnated glass mesh
An industrial material made from a square-hole grid base fabric woven with alkali-free glass fiber yarn and polyester filament, which is impregnated with epoxy resin after high-temperature dehydration and then dried and cured. It features thorough resin penetration, no bubbles, and excellent partial discharge resistance, achieving an insulation class of H.
Insulating Paperboard
